Training rates range from $50 – $75 per hourly session.

Tandem / Group Training

Personal Training is for EVERYONE. Even trainers could use an extra push now and then. The truth is, if it was more affordable, everyone would do it. But it doesn’t have to be expensive!

Tandem or Group training allows more people to take advantage of personal training, without breaking the bank. Lower your rate by sharing your trainer with a friend or group of individuals with the same fitness goals as you. Training with a partner or group is a lot of fun and provides those big results you’ve been struggling with on your own.

Tandem / Group Rates range from $25 – $45 per person/hourly session.

Actor Transformations

Personal Training can also be very useful to the working actor, whether it is to achieve their ideal body image for themselves or for a specific role.

Actors are more commonly changing their body for a role. Just look at Christian Bale in “The Fighter”. His full body make-over didn’t happen over night. It takes months of training and proper dieting to drastically change your body type without having adverse affects on your health.
